Our chef Vere Mayers is available for you depending on your requirements. He has been in the industry for 18 years and started his career studying at The Culinary Institute of America. He has worked extensively in the USA as well as in the Caribbean. Most recently he has been working as a private chef at 5 star resort Jumby Bay in Antigua.

 
Vere specialises in healthy cooking particularly Mediterranean cuisine and Italian cuisine. He is also able to prepare Asian cuisine and Caribbean cuisine. He will be happy to discuss menus for your stay including fresh Lobster which is landed 10 minutes from Villa Nicobar twice a week.
 
Vere’s previous cliental include Frank Lampard, Sir Paul McCartney, Ann Bass and Maria Carey; so you will be in good company!
